RYC Youth Rights Workshop for Caregivers and Service Providers

The Representative for Children and Youth (RCY) is coming to Kamloops to put on an information session and workshop regarding youth rights. The RCY “ensures that the rights and interests of children and young adults are protected and upheld, and that their views are heard and considered by decision-makers”. They support “children and youth in care, young people with a youth agreements, young people in custody, children and youth with special needs, youth with special needs transitioning to adult services, young adults from their 19th - 24th birthdays who are eligible for services from community living BC”.
