Foster Parent Training
Mandatory Training for Foster Parents
Orientation occurs on an as needed basis in collaboration with the Ministry of Children & Family Development, Delegated Aboriginal Agencies or First Nations bands. We provide individuals with the essential information that is required to move forward in the fostering process. In some areas a representative from MCFD will facilitate the orientation and in other areas a Network Facilitator will provide the information.
Please Note: The Pre-Service Orientation is currently undergoing a curriculum update; more details to come.
