Her roles have included Family Mediation, Conflict Coaching, Crisis Hostage Negotiation, Behavioural Counselling, Victim Services, and most recently Applied Psychology and Counselling. She achieved her educational designations from Royal Roads University, The Justice Institute of British Columbia, and The Kelowna College of Professional Counsellors.

"Imagine a world where every child's hurt, every child's cry and every child's need is met by loving adults."
